Damascus Bakery just opened a state-of-the-art 120,000 square foot baking facility on a 5-acre site, less than one mile from Newark Airport to expand their 82-year old DUMBO baking enterprise. Geatain Engineering was retained to provide additional energy saving measures. Major challenges for Damascus Bakery included:
