This 6-story building was constructed in 1872 and contains approximately 126,600 square feet of rentable office space.  On average, the building spends approximately 29 percent of its operating expenses on utilities, electricity and natural gas. To cut energy costs and make the building more sustainable, the property manager focused on building improvements to address critical building infrastructure.
