BACKGROUND

 

The Millennium Hotel and the Premier Hotel are located side by side in the heart of Times Square, at 44th Street between 7th Ave and Avenue of the Americas. These hotels offer upscale guest rooms with a wide variety of amenities. Major challenges for the client included:

• Building Management System (BMS) was inoperable for several years.

• Operators had no automated controls and needed to make all adjustments manually by walking around the hotel.

• Existing operations were very time consuming and wasteful.
